PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. We also accept Cashiers Check or Money Order.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1. Shop online.
2. Call customer service TOLL FREE at 1-800-282-2215, Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST. International customers can call us at (213)485-8308.
3. Fax your order to (213)485-8310.
4. E-mail orders directly to skyline@skylinebeautysupply.com
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Standard orders under 12 lbs. within the continental USA are shipped via UPS Ground for the flat rate of $7.95. International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail. Oversized and international orders will be charged actual shipping charges. If actual shipping charges are over $20 you will be notified for approval before shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
Exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per item. Nail polish and drill bits cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us via email or phone to arrange for the return of merchandise.
PRICE MATCH
We will match our competitors advertised prices. In the event you find a lower price elsewhere let us know and we will verify and match the price.
