2. Professional Hair Product Restrictions 

  • Verification Required: Orders containing professional hair products or hair colors are subject to professional license verification and approval prior to fulfillment. A professional account must be created prior to checkout for such orders.
  • In store purchases of professional products require a valid cosmetology license and government issued ID.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Professional hair products and hair colors cannot be shipped outside of the state of California due to manufacturer restrictions. If an order does not meet the criteria for license approval or shipping destination, it will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

3. Order Modifications

Skyline Beauty Supply reserves the right to modify, backorder, cancel, or partially refund orders due to:

  • Discounting errors
