A de-dusted lightener that can be used to detail, highlight or go all-over blonde using a 2-component system that mixes with all volumes of Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.WHAT IT DOES
- Protects as it lightens with an exclusive conditioning agent and no added fragrance.
- Offers predictable, extra light results and can lift hair up to 7 levels.
- Ideal for on/off-scalp applications.
- Mixes easily for fast application and stays moist with minimal swelling.
HOW TO
- Mix in a 1:1 ratio with 10, 20, 30 or 40 vol. Pro-oxide Cream Developer.
- On or Off Scalp applications may incorporate bowl and brush or bottle applications.
- Process at room temperature until desired result is achieved up to 50 minutes.
- When processing is complete, shampoo and condition with Extreme.
